Consider using one of Close To My Heart’s How-to Books. I used Wishes to create the three cards for this month’s Stamp of the Month blog hop.

| I used the pattern on page 30 called “Merryj-Go-Round” for this “i love u” card. I didn’t have any alphabet stamps small enough for my sentiment, so I decided to do it ol’ school…by hand. 🙂 |

| For my wedding style card, I used the Simple Strip pattern on page 37 of the Wishes How-to book. However, I decided to make it a little larger. Instead of making it a 3 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ card, I enlarged it slightly to a 4 3/4″ x 3″ card. |

| I thought it would be fun to show how different the card can look simply changing the paper pattern/colors and embellishments. This is the same pattern as the wedding card above. |

Great cards. Like the idea of using the round metal tags from the office supply. Wish we still carried those!
