Welcome to the CTMH Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!
May 2012’s Stamp of the Month is called…..
****Friendship Bouquet****
The blog hop makes a circle so if you are starting here just continue until you make your way back and you will have made it through them all. If you have already started and are coming from Shirley Ross’s blog, “Mom ‘n Me Scrap”, then you are on the right track.
This stamp set was pretty straight-forward for me. I knew that I wanted to make a card and I knew that I wanted to watercolor. But as I often do, I went to the internet for some inspiration and found this photo.
This stamp set was pretty straight-forward for me. I knew that I wanted to make a card and I knew that I wanted to watercolor. But as I often do, I went to the internet for some inspiration and found this photo.
So I broke out my ink pads and waterbrush and here’s what I came up with.

| I extended the flower stem by masking the cardstock with a post-it note and then stamping the flower upside down, connecting the stems. |

| I created the ribbon simply by cutting the wide chocolate striped grosgrain ribbon into strips. |
Here’s a look at the entire stamp set.
Supplies used (all CTMH unless otherwise noted):
Paper: White Daisy CS, Moonstruck CS, Sunflower CS
Embellishments: Dark Chocolate Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Brads Metal Assortment
Other: Waterbrush, Black Journal Pen, Piercing Tool Kit, Micro-tip Scissors, Paper Trimmer, ATG Adhesive (Scotch)
Remember, if you love what you’ve seen so far along your SOTM Blog Hop journey, and you want your own “Friendship Bouquet” stamp set or want to get it for the amazingly low price of $5, be sure to contact your Close To My Heart Independent Consultant.
