You know, I really don’t mean to promise things and then fail to follow through. But two weeks ago I posted some blog candy with the intent of posting the winner a week ago, but as it seems to go lately, life got in the way and it slipped my mind. So I’m posting the winner of the drawing now. Using a great little free program called “The Hat” (donations are accepted), I entered the names of those that entered the drawing and then pulled one name from the “hat”.
