Doing Live videos on Facebook…or any other platform really…create a lot of anxiety for me. I’m always super nervous prior (and during) to going Live and often try to talk myself out of it or procrastinate for as long as I can. In order to reach the goals I set for myself for the next year though, I need to step outside my comfort zone. What I also need though, is accountability. So when a challenge was put forth by a team member, to post Live once a day for the next 30 days, I forced myself to take the challenge. My ultimate goal is to become more comfortable doing Lives and bringing the fun of Chalk Couture and the Chalk Couture business to more people.
