**Website is $8.99 plus tax each month, after the first 30 days. A website is not required and can be canceled, but you will not be able to be searched for on the Tula XII site and you will have to manually place orders for your customers in your back office.
What are the quarterly minimums?
- Sell/Order $250 in personal volume (PV) every rolling 3 month period.
- Rolling three month period – Example of a rolling three month period: If $250 in orders are placed in October, you are considered active in October, November, and December. Another $250 must be placed by January and so on. Another example: If $100 in orders are placed in October and $150 in November, you are considered active October, November, and December. Another $100 would need ordered in January and then $150 in February and so on.
- An email with a date to submit the any needed volume is sent out about a week before you are deactivated.
- Personal volume (or PV) is based on the amount of products sold by a Brand Ambassador less the shipping and tax.
Are there any other costs associated with being a brand ambassador?
- If you want your own replicated website, which is how customers can place their own orders, there is an $8.99 (plus tax) charge every month after your first month, You can opt to have this taken from your commissions.
- Of course, depending on how you want to work your business, you may want to invest in business cards, thank you notes (though you get 10 of these in the $99 & $119 starter kits), and any other business supplies you might like.
Do I get a discount on my own personal purchases?
- You do, but it’s not instant. When you place an order in the back office or on your website, you will pay full price. However, twice a month, pays out commisions which includes the 25% “commission” you paid at the time of your order.
- Orders placed from the 1st through the 15th of the month is processed on the 16th or 17th and deposited on the 25th of that same month (Ex. November 1-15 orders would pay November 25)*
- Orders placed from the 16th through the end of the month are processed on the 1st or 2nd and deposited on the 10th of the following month (Ex. May 16-30 would pay June 10)*
*If the pay date falls on a Saturday, you will get paid on Friday. If it falls on Sunday, you will get paid Monday.
What about commissions if I sell to other people?
- Orders placed by customers earn a 25% commission, too…paid out the same as explained in the section above.
- A bonus commision of an additional 2-10% is paid on the 10th of each month for those achieving specified sales levels.
Are there any other incentives or ways to earn money?
- Absolutely! I will briefly touch on them now, but you can get the full details about all of our incentives on the Sweet Rewards page of our website or download this pdf.
- Fast Track – Tula XII knows how important launching strong is to one’s business and wants to reward new Ambassadors for their hard work. With the Fast Track program, new Brand Ambassadors can earn up to $1100 in product credit by reaching four specified goals in the first four months.
- Gem Club – Sales are the heartbeat of our business and Tula XII wants to reward you for consistency! When you consistently sell at a specified level for three consecutive months, you’ll receive recognition and a GEM pin.
- Gem Plus – This is similar to the Gem Club, but over six consecutive months and up to $200 in product credit!
- Lifetime Volume – To further reward and recognize those who work their business, Tula XII rewards Brand Ambassadors for every 50K in Lifetime Volume with exclusive personalized prizes.
- Build a Team & Become a Leader – Tula XII also wants to reward you for growing and coaching your community of Ambassadors. Earn commision overrides & rewards for not only achieving new titles, but also maintaining your title for three months in a row.
If I’m not interested in selling or building a business, is there a place for me with Tula XII?
- Maybe. I’m not gonna sugar coat it. Most probably find it difficult to purchase $250 (not including tax & shipping) every three months over a substantial span of time and/or once you have acquired everything for your want for your own Lifestyle Organizer. With that said, it can be done if it’s in your budget and there are products you want to buy. Tula XII discourages us though from spending our money solely to achieve our PV level. They truly want us to share the products with others and achieve the bulk of our PV from selling to customers…not ourselves.
What happens if I don’t achieve the $250 minimum?
- In order to be considered an “Active” Brand Ambassador, you must have a cumulative Personal Volume of at least $250 in the past three (3) rolling months.
- If you are unable to maintain $250 in cumulative PV over the last three (3) rolling months, your account will go “inactive” on the fourth month and you will lose access to your account, replicated site, and all other perks while you remain in inactive status.
- If you have been inactive for less than 3 months, you can reactivate your Tula XII business by emailing or calling the corporate office to request reactivation. You will then have 72 hours to submit a qualifying party within or you will be deactivated.
- If you have been inactive for 3 or more months you will need to rejoin by purchasing a starter kit. You may join under the same brand ambassador you were with before going inactive or you may rejoin under someone different.
Are consultants required to keep an inventory?
- Heck no! That’s completely your choice. Obviously, if you are wanting to do larger, in-person vendor events where you are able to sell product, inventory is an advantage because people tend to buy what they can see and feel. However, there are many brand ambassadors that sell 100% online and with the contents of our Join Kits, you have what you need to demonstrate how to put a Tula XII set-up together. Again, it’s totally up to you and your personal goals.
What kind of support & training will be available to me as a Tula XII Brand Ambassador?
- Nearly endless! Even overwhelming at first. LOL
- Corporate provided training available on our website…and you don’t even have to be a Brand Ambassador to view it!
- Planner Coach Program…a great add-on to dive-in for great planning!
- Brand Ambassador Facebook Group with weekly “This Week with Tula XII” reminders, monthly live reveals, content training, and more.
- Generous hostess rewards, including exclusive products, to keep your customers “partyin'”!
- Catalog launches twice a year (March & September).
- Monthly releases to keep your customers engaged & excited.
- Mid-month release of our Create, Organize, and Plan kit with a video to show how to make a dash for your planner, how to do the “create-it-yourself” project included, and have a fun insert with a twist which we email out to customers on how to use it.

Can you tell me more about this Sneak Peek Group? Is it possible for me to join before making a decision about signing up?
- You absolutely can join the group prior to deciding whether joining Tula XII is right for you.
- Harmony Heroes is one of the fastest growing teams in Tula XII and I’m certain that after you’ve had a chance to check out the Harmony Heroes Sneak Peek group, you will understand why. Once your invite or request to join has been approved, you will have access to all of the available information in the albums and guides to show you all of the ins and outs of Tula XII. The best part though is that you can do it at at YOUR convenience and at YOUR pace. Once a month, there is a live event which will be available for replay until it’s removed at the end of the month to prepare for the following month’s event. During your time in the group, you are welcome to ask questions, leave responses, etc., and either myself, or one of the leaders in the group will be happy to help. If you decide the time is right to join Tula XII, reach out to me or one of the admins on the page, so we can help you through the beginning steps. You can remain in the group, as long as you are a part of our team. Otherwise, group administrators remove guests after a few weeks.

How do I sign up?
- Easy. You can sign up right now by choosing your kit on my website here. It only takes a few minutes and you’ll be on your way to a more organized life! Please though, make sure that once you’ve chosen the kit, that the “Sponsor” reads Tamytha Jenkins. You will be asked to provide a name for your website. For example, I named mine tamytha, so the url my customers would use is tulaxii.com/tamytha. You might prefer to use your name too, but many brand ambassadors choose to create a unique store name or brand….whatever works for you. (Just a tip though, you may not want it to be excessively long if you ever plan to put your website on something like business cards.)
Is there anything I can do while I wait for my kit to arrive?
- Most definitely! Start with the Onboard Training provided on the Tula XII website. There’s even a button you can click to download and print an onboarding checklist.
- Keep an eye out for an invitation from me to join the Harmony Heroes (my upline’s team) and my Busy Bees team Facebook groups (if you use FB).
- Once you are in the Harmony Heroes Team FB Group, I highly recommend the steps outlined in Guides 1-3.
