I will be leaving to attend Close To My Heart’s Convention in one week.  I’ve been busy creating swap cards…I’m over my goal of 50…yea me!  I also prepared a project for a Create n Take class in which I’ll be a “Helper”.  And I’m also trying to squeeze in some layouts to enter into the scrapbook contest. I’m so looking forward to convention and I’m  very excited for what’s to come, particularly the possible changes and additions that are sure to be announced.  

Speaking of changes and announcements.  With my first post-convention Cards, Etc. workshop (in August), I will be changing the format and pricing of it.  I will post about the changes after convention, but I can let you know now that the price will be changing as well as the number of projects that we will be making.  Until that time, though, the fee for this Cards, Etc. workshop is only $5 and it is free if you place a minimum $25 order.  Please note, that you do need to bring your own adhesive.  If you do not have your own or do not wish to bring your own adhesive, I can supply your adhesive for an additional $2 more.

The workshop featured the same masculine-themed line of paper as this month’s scrapbooking workshop…Victory.  If you would like to make one of these projects (or something completely different), just contact me to schedule a home gathering.  I’ll bring the supplies, you invite the friends. Easy peasy!
