Welcome to the CTMH Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!
February 2017’s Stamp of the Month is called…..
****Easter Bunny****
With almost 20 participants in this blog hop and such a cute stamp set, you are sure to find lots of ideas using this month’s Close To My Heart’s Stamp of the Month. The hop makes a circle, so if you are starting here just continue until you make your way back and you will have made it through them all. If you have already started and are coming from my friend, Michele Rowley’s blog, “Evergreen Memories”, then you are on the right track.
After perusing some of my pinned ideas on Pinterest, I rediscovered this card and was inspired by the way the trees bridged over the open area. So I thought….why can’t I do the same thing but with bunnies? And hence, the following card was born. I’m still learning how to use the alcohol markers (especially if it’s not a flower), so I’m not real pleased with the coloring, but I think I’m making a little progress and I may still go back and recolor baby bunny again. 😉

I recently created a faux bow for the “Beautiful” layout shown here and thought it would work well on this card. Between the less-than-stellar lighting when I took these photos and the shimmer on the ribbon, it’s kind of hard to see. So I thought it would help to share the photo tutorial I included for the layout instructions.
