Here is the second Seaside layout that I promised yesterday I would share today. After making a card (x2) and four layouts in the past week using this paper pack, (though I had a little help with some bulk paper), it should be no surprise that all I have left in my paper pack are itty bitty teenie weenie strips.  Are you sick of this paper yet, as much as I’ve used it this past week?  LOL  If you are, please don’t tell me, because I just ordered another pack. After all, I know I’m going to need more before the end of this idea book. It’s only two days old, for crying out loud.  I’m certain that sometime in the next 363 days, I’ll need more Seaside paper. 🙂 

Supplies used (all CTMH unless otherwise noted): Papers: Seaside B&T (includes the Colonial White CS), Bamboo CS, Pear CS, Lagoon CS, Buttercup CS (retired) Emellishments: Seaside My Stickease, Aqua Dots, Teal Shimmer Trim Other: Cricut Artbooking, 3D Foam Tape, Non-stick Microtip Scissors, Powdering Kit (Mrs. Grossman’s), Paper Trimmer (Fiskars),  ATG Adhesive (Scotch)

When I opened the My Stickease and saw these stickers on a sheet, at first I was at a loss. Maybe “overwhelmed” is a better word. Can you figure why I was overwhelmed? How do you just pick a few stickers?! I loved them ALL! So at first, I wasn’t exactly sure what I was going to do. How would I use these stickers? Would I use them all? If not, then what would I do with the left overs?  So much pressure! LOL  Well, thankfully, an idea popped in my head. To be sure my plan would look okay, I actually cut all the stickers apart…cutting the sticker sheet into individual stickers.  Then I laid out the stickers, overlapping here, tucking there, moving this up and that down. There were a few stickers that I matted on cardstock, as I thought it made them pop more on the Colonial White cardstock. Finally, I got everything laid out in a way that I liked and then…ready for this? I took a picture of it, so I could remember how I had it, because I knew that once I get to adhering them down, I would forget. Have you ever done that? After I got everything adhered, I still felt like I needed more. I had a couple of “holes” that were bothering me, so I broke out my Cricut Artbooking cartridge and cut out the shapes found on pages 52 (paradise), 53 (sun)  and 67 (wave).  After adhering everything down, i sprinkled some Aqua Dots around.
